Your voucher has been beautifully designed, ready to be printed from your printer at home. Your voucher will be emailed to you, and can be presented on a smartphone to be redeemed.

This voucher is valid for 24 months after purchase.

This voucher becomes valid 48 hours after purchase and remains valid for 24 months from
the date of sale. We encourage you to book your experience as early as possible. Please note
that voucher validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
1. Unique Code
Each voucher contains a unique reference code, which must be provided at the time of
booking and when redeeming the voucher.
2. No Cash Value
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Validity Period
This voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and is redeemable 48
hours after purchase.
Vouchers not used within the validity period will be forfeited with no entitlement to
refund, credit, or exchange.
4. Booking Requirement
Customers must make an advance reservation online to redeem their voucher.
Purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations open up to 12
months in advance; we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
5. Redeemable Services
Vouchers may be redeemed only as full or part payment for restaurant dining
experiences. They cannot be used for other services or products unless explicitly
stated.
6. Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time
without prior notice.
